About The Position

Perrigo is seeking a dedicated Quality Control Manager to lead laboratory operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of raw materials and finished products by overseeing daily lab activities, including testing, documentation, and personnel management. The QC Manager plays a key role in supporting Perrigo's manufacturing and operational needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical quality control laboratory.
• Proven leadership in both people management and quality systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a regulated environment (e.g., FDA, GMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily laboratory operations and testing activities.
• Manage and mentor QC personnel to ensure high performance and compliance.
• Maintain accurate and compliant laboratory documentation.
• Ensure adherence to internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support manufacturing operations through timely and effective quality control processes.
