About The Position

As your top priority, you will ensure compliance with company safety and environmental standards in all areas of your work You will report and interpret data within the laboratory management system and communicate with production, QC Team lead and or other lab management as required You will perform testing which includes but not limited to Particle Size, Chemistry, Flowability, Density and Morphology You demonstrate total commitment to performing operations in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with required safety and quality standards and continuous improvement Further you will maintain laboratory equipment as required (service, calibration, upkeep) Periodically, you will support Nadcap, AS9100, and ISO 13485 external audits as necessary This role requires you to adhere to the Plant and Quality Lab Policies, Including Quality Policies

Requirements

  • High School Diploma is required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You are proficient in Microsoft O365 suite with moderate to strong computer skills
  • Further, you are an effective problem solver and able to work safely and under pressure
  • You display the ability to prioritize and organize workflow, have work initiative, learn quickly, have work flexibility, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • You are self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • All QA Lab technicians are required to adhere to impartiality standards and act with integrity as part of a condition of their employment

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a Quality Control lab environment is preferred but not required
