About The Position

Quality Control Department maintains data, records, and necessary testing results to support the quality of products. The Technician Level II job requires performing all the necessary testing to identify the product’s accuracy. The personnel need to have solid background knowledge of chemicals, Biochemicals and/or molecular biology. The work of the role will be critical for the QC department and the Company.

Requirements

Bachelor diploma
Specify in Chemicals, Biochemicals and/or Molecular Biology area.
2 year or more related working experience required.
Organized and initiative-taking.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong scenes of responsibility
Accurate and meticulous
Strong computer skills – Microsoft Office products

Responsibilities

Reviews incoming product and associated records. Enters data into the inspection record if necessary.
Follows up to obtain missing or incorrect information or documents.
Determines all the testing needed to be performed for identifying the products.
Could establish the correct detection methods.
Documents all the test results on product traveler and in new ERP system.
Creates specifications based on the product manager or designee’s instructions.
Participates in answering questions related to general QC processes and product status.
Participates in QC related SOPs creation.
Develops an in-depth knowledge of the MP Biomedicals Quality System certified to ISO 9001:2015
Works closely with other QC staff to maintain efficiency.
Participates in QA verification, investigation, and other quality related assignments.
Participates in products’ final reviewing and releasing.
