Requirements

  • Associate degree (AS) in Life Sciences or equivalent.
  • Strong computer and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to meet physical demands including, but not limited to, routinely lifting objects of 25 lbs. or more, walking and standing for extended periods of time, pushing or pulling carts and equipment and bending down or reaching for supplies.
  • Knowledge of cGMP.
  • Ability to independently commute between different site locations (< 5 miles between sites)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to learn new processes, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies.
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain laboratory supply levels and reagent inventories, including preparation of basic media and solutions.
  • Safely handle and transport compressed gases and cryogenic liquids.
  • Clean, monitor, and maintain controlled‑temperature units, fume hoods, and biological safety cabinets (BSCs).
  • Use electronic management systems to track and document routine equipment maintenance, service, and calibrations.
  • Initiate and coordinate workflow requests through electronic systems to support multiple teams and departments.
  • Manage paper laboratory notebooks and logbooks, including issuance, updates, and reconciliation.
  • Assist in scheduling and completing recurring equipment maintenance and calibration activities.
  • Participate in overtime and weekend coverage as needed to support laboratory operations.
  • Perform routine cleaning, organization, and labeling of laboratory spaces in alignment with established procedures.
  • Complete all required safety and procedural trainings and re‑trainings.
  • Execute responsibilities within laboratory areas that handle potent chemical compounds.
  • Provide operational support across laboratory spaces located at multiple sites.
