Requirements

  • Solid working knowledge of standard computer applications including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

  • Technical Degree (plastics, engineering, etc.) or equivalent line inspector experience in manufacturing
  • Ability to operate measuring & laboratory test equipment
  • Ability to input data accurately on charts and computer

Responsibilities

  • Inspection Proper execution of inspection following inspection procedures and QCS using calibrated equipment.
  • Perform required tasks noted on MSR’s, ESR’s and MAT’s
  • Documentation of inspection data using GDP practices
  • Nonconforming Product Assure proper segregation and identification of nonconforming product
  • Operate in a LEAN manufacturing environment and strive to suggest process improvements
