About The Position

The Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring finished products meet company and customer specifications. This role involves performing inspections, verifying measurements, maintaining documentation, and supporting production quality standards in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to read and interpret spec sheets, purchase orders, and bills of materials (BOMs)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for the full shift
• Ability to kneel, bend, and use step ladders or stools
• Willingness to work overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Inspect final products to identify defects and ensure compliance with specifications
• Use measuring tools to verify dimensional accuracy
• Audit production lines and document key production parameters
• Perform pallet inspections and complete inspection reports
• Maintain accurate documentation and data entry records
• Perform minor touch-ups as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow supervisor instructions and all safety regulations
• Perform additional duties as assigned
