About The Position

The QC Inspector is responsible for performing comprehensive quality inspections on both inbound and outbound material to ensure compliance with company and industry standards. This role requires advanced inspection expertise, ensure documentation accuracy, and the ability to identify, report, and help resolve non‑conformance issues. The QC Inspector also performs other assignments as needed by the job and the company.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of warehouse or QC Inspection experience
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and inventory processes
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Fluent/experienced with Quantum
• Experience with Engine Manuals
• Experience with the USM (Used Serviceable Material) market/requirements

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive visual and quality inspections on a wide variety of material and components.
• Reject shipments that fail to meet quality specifications and process non-conformance reports.
• Support in training less-experienced quality receivers and warehouse personnel on quality assurance procedures.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Quality inspection processes and documentation.
• Review and update existing inspection procedures and specifications.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and prevent future defects.
• Comply with all applicable quality, health, safety, and environmental regulations in the execution of inspection and inventory duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations and team objectives.
