About The Position

The position involves performing specialized product testing and operating specialized inspection equipment. The role requires basic dimensional inspection to specification and is performed under direct supervision. The tasks are basic and repetitive, with other duties assigned as needed. The position requires rotating day and night shifts, with production scheduled from Monday to Thursday, and Friday and Saturday scheduled as needed based on production demand.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of related experience.
• Some knowledge in dimensional testing and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Performing in-process and final inspection and testing of API 5ST and 5LCP products and welded strip and tubing.
• Proficient use of Measuring and Testing Equipment /Software and ability to perform calibrations on equipment.
• Conduct non-destructive and destructive testing.
• Follow shop routers/work order to schedule sequence inspection/testing operations.
• Document Receiving, In-process and Final Inspections.
• File and maintain all Quality Control records.
• Perform essential duties following the Quality Management System.
• Report and document nonconformance or potential problems relating to the quality of product and/or the QMS.
• Perform work in a professional and safe manner.
• Report unsafe work practices.
• Maintain housekeeping in all work areas.
