About the position

The QC Inspector position involves performing quality control and inspection of products and parts at various stages, including incoming, in-process, and outgoing. The role requires conducting various tests such as Visual, Dimensional, Hardness, LP, MP, and UT tests, ensuring compliance with quality standards. Valid certifications in LP, MP, and UT Level II are mandatory, and knowledge of Blowout Preventers is considered a significant advantage. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Brookshire, TX, with a focus on detail-oriented work and collaboration with team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control and inspection of incoming, in-process, and outgoing products and parts.
• Conduct Visual, Dimensional, Hardness, LP, MP, and UT tests.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain valid certifications for LP, MP, and UT Level II.
• Document inspection results and report any discrepancies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of experience in NDE Inspection is required.
• 3 years of experience as a QC Inspector is required.
• 3 years of experience in the oil & gas industry is preferred.
• Valid certifications in LP, MP, and UT Level II are a must.
