WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: Will play a crucial part in the migration of site documents into a single source document control system. Play an integral role in our journey to become ISO 9001 Certified across our Centralia, Illinois and Tempe, Arizona sites. Develop and Maintain documentation related to ISO 9001 Certification, the Quality Management System and Document Control. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards through accurate record keeping Conduct document control auditing. Collaborate between multiple departments to develop and document processes accurately. Assist with documentation of Non-Conformance Reporting (NCR) and Customer Complaint interface in Salesforce. Assist in data analysis for internal and external defects and Root Cause Analysis Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required; technical or vocational training in electrical systems preferred
• Two years of technical documentation experience is required and 5 years in manufacturing is helpful
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 standards and quality management principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Software and ability to compose and handle quality documents, corrective actions and root cause analysis
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent written, organizational, and diligent skills and verbal communication
• Capability to operate autonomously with minimal oversight
