Support the Pfizer Sanford, NC, Quality Control Operations department by managing all contract laboratory activities including shipping samples to contract labs, communicating with contract labs, receiving test results from contract labs, managing purchase orders for contract labs, reviewing contract lab investigations, and meeting with contract labs on a routine basis. Conducts programs designed to improve contract lab performance, prepares/maintains procedures to assure compliance with regulatory regulations. In addition, provides support for regulatory agency inspections, displays extensive knowledge of cGXP, functions as subject matter expert (SME) in contract lab management, and provides leadership to other team members, as needed.
