About The Position

Penn Life seeks QC Chemist in Langhorne, PA to perform quality control/development activities using advanced analytical equipment/laboratory instruments; perform scientific and analytical testing of raw materials, intermediate products, stability samples, finished products etc. using modern quality control & analytical techniques; validate and analyze results as per regulatory standards/guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science or related field.
• 3 years relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform scientific and analytical testing of raw materials, intermediate products, stability samples, finished products.
• Validate and analyze results as per regulatory standards/guidelines.
• Analyze, design, develop and implement Quality Systems Elements such as deviations, complaints, CAPA management system and change control in compliance with GMP regulations.
• Develop and implement scientific-quality policy documents such as quality manual, validation master plan, site master file.
• Perform a wide variety of inspections, checks, tests and laboratory sampling procedures.
• Draft/review Quality Management System Report (QMS) and Batch Manufacturing Records.
• Assist with internal/external audits.
