About The Position

Arisa Health is seeking a Qualified Behavioral Health Provider (QBHP) Trainer in Springdale. The person who fills this position will be responsible for providing training to newly hired QBHPs in the Northwest Arkansas area, including the development and maintenance of training materials and delivery of training. This person will participate in Arisa Health workgroups and develop the necessary training materials to be disseminated to other regions of Arisa Health. The QBHP Trainer will represent Arisa Health at career fairs, community events, and will be required to facilitate professional development presentations for schools or other community partners. Arisa Health is Arkansas' largest and most comprehensive nonprofit behavioral health provider. Formed by the affiliation of 4 long-standing Arkansas community mental health centers, Arisa Health leads with exceptional care that nurtures health and well-being for all. Arisa provides outpatient services, Crisis services and emergency screening, substance abuse counseling, intensive children services, intensive adult services, medical services, and residential services in 41 Arkansas counties. This position is classified as full-time, non-exempt (hourly) and reports to the Program Manager. Work hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. This position is projected to start in July 2025.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, sociology, child development, education, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Provide training to newly hired QBHPs in the Northwest Arkansas area.
  • Develop and maintain training materials.

  • Represent Arisa Health at career fairs and community events.
