Engineer QA Testing Lead Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Primary Skill: Automation testing(Selenium, Playwright, Tosca, Jenkins, ALM Octane) Secondary: Tech and Functional testing Experience: Minimum 8+ years Roles & Responsibilities ⦠Serve as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all testing deliverables across Lines of Business (LOBs), ensuring smooth coordination and timely delivery. ⦠Lead and mentor a team of up to 15 test engineers, managing planning and execution. ⦠Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and schedules aligned with project timelines an quality objectives, while ensuring SLA compliance and aligning deliverables with project expectations. ⦠Own end-to-end testing activities for Cloud implementation projects and integrations with upstream/downstream systems and reporting solutions. ⦠Provide hands-on testing support with technical and functional expertise when needed ⦠Define and enforce testing standards, methodologies, and QA best practices. ⦠Apply Gen-Al concepts to enhance test automation using tools like Selenium, GitHub Copilot, Jenkins, and cloud platforms. ⦠Drive zero-defect delivery through strong testing practices, CI/CD integration, and proactive issue resolution. ⦠Oversee test data preparation, validation, and reconciliation for domain applications. ⦠Comprehend data migration tasks and perform associated reporting validation. ⦠Manage defect triage and resolution processes, collaborating with development, functional, and business teams. ⦠Collaborate with Release and Environment teams for test readiness and stable deployments. ⦠Collaborate with strategic partners, implementation vendors, and internal IT teams to address issue escalations, validate patches, and conduct upgrade testing. ⦠Create and present executive dashboards and status reports to stakeholders and senior leadership. Manage vendor resources, introduce value-added services, and lead QA and engineering initiatives. ⦠Promote innovation, reusable assets, and knowledge sharing across QA teams Salary Range- $100,000-$120,000 a year
