Responsibilities: Lead QA efforts for data ingestion, ETL pipelines, and data warehouse transformations across staging, integration, and Snowflake environments. Perform manual ETL testing, validating source-to-target mappings, transformation logic, lineage, reconciliation, and system balancing controls to ensure data completeness and integrity. Execute SQL-based data validation for large datasets and high‑volume batch processes; analyze and troubleshoot data issues and source-to-target mismatches. Coordinate UAT activities with business teams, including planning, execution support, and translating technical data issues into clear, business-friendly language. Contribute to early automation by building initial automated test cases and identifying repetitive validation scenarios suitable for automation. Document test plans, test cases, results, and evidence in Azure DevOps, maintaining accurate source-to-target mapping spreadsheets. Provide clear daily/weekly QA status updates and lead defect triage sessions to ensure timely resolution. Lead and mentor QA Analysts (onshore/offshore), set QA strategy, manage priorities across projects, and ensure consistent application of QA best practices. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree 5+ years of ETL testing experience in data warehouse environment 3+ years of experience with Snowflake and AWS 3+ years of experience leading QA Analysts on a project team 2+ years of test automation experience Preferred Qualifications: Experience in financial services or banking Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts (star/snowflake schema, data lineage, transformations) Familiarity with automation tools/frameworks (PyTest, Cucumber, Selenium, DBT tests) Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay) Yes Workplace Type: Office Our Approach to Office Workplace Type Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement.
