As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and functionality of software applications. You will collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA engineers to define and automate test scenarios that support high-quality product delivery.

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
  • Execute automated test cases and analyze results to identify bugs and performance issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and technical specifications.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of continuous integration and testing pipelines.
  • Report, track, and verify defects using issue tracking systems such as JIRA or Bugzilla.
  • Maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test data.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to test framework improvements.
  • Ensure that automation testing adheres to industry best practices and internal standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in test automation.
  • Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or TestNG.
  • Strong programming skills in Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
  • Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience testing APIs using tools like Postman or RestAssured.
  • Knowledge of performance or load testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
  • Familiarity with BDD frameworks like Cucumber or SpecFlow.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • ISTQB or other relevant QA certification.
