About The Position

Conduct QA audits, ensuring Company standards are maintained, and product integrity is preserved.
Work closely with management to resolve any quality or production issues.
Evaluate and take corrective action regarding labeling and product movement.
Assist in the education and instruction of team members throughout the facility.
Act as source of critical quality issues.
Perform HACCP, NELS, and quality tests and audits.
All other relevant duties to the position.

Requirements

• Previous quality experience in a food manufacturing environment required.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• HACCP certification required.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor Degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry or other closely related field preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.
