We are proud of our product and our team, and we’re looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Technician to join us in Madisonville, LA! ________________________________________ As a Quality Assurance Technician, you’ll be a key part of our quality team, ensuring food safety, quality, and efficiency.

Requirements

Experience in quality assurance in a manufacturing environment.
Basic math and reading skills.
Physical capability to stand for 10 hours, lift 50 pounds, bend, stoop, kneel, and work in fast-paced conditions.
Flexibility to work overtime and occasional weekends.
Must pass a drug screen.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards.
Conduct on-site tests, such as pH, temperature, and texture, to verify quality during various production stages.
Maintain accurate, detailed records of quality checks, test results, and any deviations from standards
Maintain clear, effective communication with coworkers and supervisors.
Ensure that the workspace is always clean and meets GMP, HACCP, and SSOP standards.
Perform additional duties as assigned to contribute to smooth, efficient production.
