About The Position
The QA Technician is primarily responsible for conducting daily line audits for all 6 lines, pulling finished product samples, sugar truck samples, water samples and micro samples as needed. Also conducts various audits (line, product & sanitation) for required lines.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Review daily operations/production paperwork for Quality Compliance.
- Conduct finished product testing & other testing for all lines (water, environmental, etc.).
- Perform daily line audits / inspections.
- Assist with Quality projects / R & D testing as required.
- Ensure compliance to all Food Safety and GMP Procedures.
