Requirements

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree in a science-related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in production/manufacturing or relevant lab technician experience
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Familiarity with lab safety and handling of hazardous materials

Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative testing of raw materials and finished goods throughout all stages of the production process
• Analyze syrup, water, and/or beverage attributes
• Audit container rinsers, air blowers, filters, and coders to ensure proper operations
• Conduct quality inspections and audits of packaging and isolate products that do not meet standards
• Test CO2 and raw materials prior to the production process
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness to prevent microbial contamination
