Responsibilities
- Lead and prepare Quality Assurance (QA) Audit / Surveillance plans and reports in accordance of prescribed assessment scope.
- Prepare QA Audit/Surveillance checklists to meet applicable requirements documents.
- Prepare QA Audit/surveillance presentation material.
- Prepare applicable correspondence associated with all aspects with the audit/surveillance process.
- Prepare Audit / Surveillance summaries for assigned audit activities.
- Prepare Audit Surveillance corrective action reports for items on activities not meeting established requirements resulting in conditions adverse to quality.
- Prepare audit/surveillance report summarizing the results of the assessment for audit.
