Key Responsibilities 1. Production Line Monitoring In-process quality checks according to the QA inspection plan (Hourly basis) Conduct daily inspection according to the QA program Conduct monthly inspection according to the QA program Monitor employee GMP compliance daily and provide immediate corrective action when production staff deviate from the standard Monitor process parameters and ensure all controls are functioning effectively. Verify machine cleanliness before and during production. 2. Documentation & Reporting Record all inspection results accurately in QA forms or digital systems. Report any non-conformance (NC) immediately to production supervisors and QA managers. Assist in root cause analysis and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). 3. Compliance & Standards Ensure compliance with Company policy, GMP, HACCP, BRCGS, and company food safety programs. Assist during internal and external audits by providing necessary records and information. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in work areas and follow all food safety protocols. 4. Skills: Strong skills in document organization and management (A must) Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Proficiency in English and Spanish as this role have to report to me by email daily
