This role supports the quality, stability, and reliability of BJ’s restaurant technology, data platforms, and internal systems. In addition to performing traditional software quality assurance activities, this role acts as a key escalation point from Technology Support for complex or recurring issues. The QA Systems Analyst works cross-functionally with Development, Data, and Technology stakeholders to investigate issues, validate system behavior, and support the documentation of findings, system behaviors, and root-cause analysis in a clear, consistent, and reusable manner to enable long-term improvements across systems. This role is well-suited for someone with solid QA or technical support experience who values clear documentation and knowledge sharing, and who is looking to deepen their system-level understanding while growing into broader technical ownership.
