Insure that quality parameters are met for manufactured products. Continually upgrade, change, and improve the manufacturing processes, material processes, and other improvements in quality.

Responsibilities

  • Supervises QA team with oversight by QA Manager.
  • Administers the structure and processes necessary to manage the current activities and its projected growth related to raw materials, production quality, packaging, and project implementation.
  • Responsible for execution of Food Safety, HACCP, FDA and labeling policies.
  • Insures that all production and packaging areas meet and exceed all GMP’s and food safety requirements.
  • Responsible for regulatory compliance as it pertains to Manufacturing and Warehouse.
  • Manages department when QA Manager is absent.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety rules as stated in the Employee Handbook and otherwise posted or communicated.
  • Exemplify the Bakemark core values of Partnership, Performance, Passion, and Initiative in all aspects of assigned duties.
  • Other duties as assigned to reach Company goals
