We are looking for a trusted partner who is hands-on, highly interactive, and focused on partnering with production to ensure safe, compliant food and feed BioSolutions. In this role you'll make an impact by: Being present on the manufacturing floor, supporting production teams with day-to-day quality questions and problem solving. Conducting GMP inspections and walkthroughs, identifying issues early and helping drive practical solutions. Coordinating and supporting customer complaint investigations, working cross-functionally to identify root cause and corrective actions. Helping resolve deviations and nonconformances by partnering with operations, maintenance, and quality colleagues. Supporting a regional quality team, gaining exposure to multiple production sites and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3-5 years’ experience in quality assurance
  • Strong understanding and background in SAP
  • A natural problem solver who enjoys understanding how processes work and how to improve them
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with production teams
  • Comfort working in a GMP manufacturing environment and on the production floor

Nice To Haves

  • HACCP Certified, PCQI Certification is a bonus

Responsibilities
