QA Specialist I
About The Position

Sensient is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist who will support customer related quality activities, documentation, and labeling processes that help ensure products meet internal and customer expectations. This role works closely with quality, production, and customer facing teams to maintain accurate records, respond to customer requests, and support quality documentation. The position is based onsite and is well suited for someone who is detail oriented, comfortable managing multiple tasks, and enjoys collaborating across departments.
Requirements
- High school diploma required with additional education preferred
- Experience working in a quality assurance or quality control environment preferred
- Strong computer skills and comfort working within electronic record systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with a focus towards customer service
- Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in a quality assurance or quality control environment preferred
- High school diploma required with additional education preferred
Responsibilities
- Support customer inquiry management and assist with preparing and distributing corrective action responses
- Generate and distribute certificates of analysis and maintain related documentation
- Assist with generating and verifying production labels to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Perform data entry, manage documentation, and maintain organized records and archives
- Collaborate with quality, production, and other teams to support customer related quality activities
- Provide additional support for quality assurance projects and documentation as needed
