Melaleuca is positioned to grow even more rapidly in upcoming years. Ensure product complaints are effectively reviewed, documented, investigated, and CAPAs initiated, when necessary. Also assist with product evaluation as needed.

Requirements

  • Associates degree (or better) in an applied science or mathematics.
  • A working knowledge of Federal Regulations regarding the manufacturing and distribution of drug, food, and nutritional supplement products.
  • Ability to follow written procedures and policies.
  • Excellent computer skills with word processing, spreadsheet, and databases.
  • Excellent verbal and presentation skills.
  • Proficient mathematical or statistical skills.
  • Ability to organize and coordinate projects and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced setting with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ability to work and communicate interdepartmentally.
  • Self-starter, task oriented.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to climb stairs.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for maintaining consumer complaint data and files.
  • Review complaint report information for product defects and/or adverse reactions.
  • Contact associates in other departments to obtain or provide complaint related information.
  • Review complaint documentation to determine if an investigation or CAPA is necessary.
  • Conduct thorough investigation of complaints, as required, including providing assistance to vendors, Purchasing, Marketing, R D, Manufacturing and other groups as applicable.
  • Review returned products for consumer complaint reports and record product review results.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or needed.
