About The Position

Position Summary: The Settlement Officer (Quality Assurance Officer) is responsible to provide assistance to the Sales department and the Document Origination department by accurately and efficiently confirming vacation ownership purchase contracts. This includes ensuring the ownership agreements are executed properly and within the established resort goal and company financial and sale guidelines. Additional responsibilities include providing the customer with a branded purchasing experience, assisting management with continually improving the working environment and procedural processes to achieve higher levels of quality performance Requirements: Adhere to the Department Standards of Performance MUST be a notary in USVI. Requirements
