Responsible for food safety by following the Food Safety Plan's policies and procedures/Daily Fill in for the Quality Assurance Coordinator when absent/Irregular Intervals Be knowledgeable of customer specifications and regulations/Daily Attend Training per the Food Safety Plan/Monthly Grade samples to FGIS standards on all shipments/Daily Fill out the daily Positive Release log/Daily Fill out COAs promptly and correct/Daily Know the methods to correctly perform all test/Daily Collect samples from various areas in the plant/Daily Have to be available for weekend work/Weekly
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for food safety by following the Food Safety Plan's policies and procedures/Daily
- Fill in for the Quality Assurance Coordinator when absent/Irregular Intervals
- Be knowledgeable of customer specifications and regulations/Daily
- Attend Training per the Food Safety Plan/Monthly
- Grade samples to FGIS standards on all shipments/Daily
- Fill out the daily Positive Release log/Daily
- Fill out COAs promptly and correct/Daily
- Know the methods to correctly perform all test/Daily
- Collect samples from various areas in the plant/Daily
- Have to be available for weekend work/Weekly
