Requirements

  • 2 years’ experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • RBT certification
  • Experience with, and an exceptional understanding of quality management ABA principles and guidelines.
  • Experience working with Central Reach.
  • Ability to work cross functionally.
  • Willing to have a background check
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Identify facets to improve patient care and the quality of care
  • Review and implement policies and procedures pertaining to quality and performance improvement
  • Develop quality metrics to identify best practices to leverage, identify problems quickly, and track performance
  • Train clinicians and educate team members on process and performance improvement and components on principles of quality management
  • Assist in review of all notes, charting, and design of Quality Assurance audits
  • Other tasks as assigned.
