Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Perform continuous quality assurance inspections for all construction and renovation projects across facilities.
  • Validate compliance with building codes, standards, and approved construction documents to ensure construction quality and design intent.
  • Conduct detailed construction oversight to confirm building soundness, durability, and long-term maintenance considerations.
  • Prepare and submit daily site inspection reports verifying compliance with approved plans, specifications, and codes.
  • Coordinate in the field with clients, contractors, designers, consultants, and regulatory agencies to resolve construction issues.
  • Monitor and document contractor resource utilization, including labor, materials, and equipment, for field changes and time-and-material work.
  • Participate in construction, safety, and coordination meetings to support project progress and compliance.
  • Verify equipment and materials installation and coordinate third-party material testing and inspections.
  • Review contractor schedules, measure and record pay quantities and provide input on potential change orders.
  • Maintain detailed daily records of all on-site construction activities to support accurate documentation and reporting.
