About The Position

The Quality Assurance/Quality Control Coordinator(QA/QC) is responsible for successful development and execution of the E2 Optics Quality Management System (QMS)to ensure the project is constructed in accordance to industry and customer standards. The QA/QC role includes planning, coordinating, collaborating and partnering with internal and external parties to support the successful execution within the framework of the E2 Optics QMS. Responsible for providing Daily/ Weekly updates to the On-siteE2 Optics Run Ops Management team regarding all QA/QC issues and resolutions. Technical writing-Ability to create and develop QA/QC installation and technical reference documents, standard operating procedures, inspections, and report documents as required to support the On-siteE2 Optics Run Ops team, and Data Center projects. Coordinate and conduct quality inspections prioritized according to Data Center improvement activities represented in the P6 schedule. Drive continuous improvement activities and support Lean initiatives within the QA/QC department to align with achieving corporate strategic goals. This position is generally expected to require minimal overnight travel (5%) in certain regions, while will require frequent (50%) overnight and extended out-of-town travel in others. The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by E2 Optics.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 3 years of field work experience in Structured Cabling or related industry/construction experience.
  • First Aid/CPR trained(Within 90 days of hire)
  • OSHA-30 trained(Within 90 days of hire)
  • Able to Read, write, and understand English.
  • Able to distinguish color codes
