About The Position
HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a QA Policy & Strategy Analyst to support the Department of War (DoW) Chief Information Officer (CIO). Come Join our growing team today! Requirements
- 0 years experience with Bachelors in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Collaborative team player willing and eager to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a structured environment.
- Clearance: Must possess and maintain a Secret Clearance.
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting technical or regulatory teams (internship or academic projects acceptable).
- Interest or experience in telecommunications policy, spectrum management, or regulatory affairs.
Responsibilities
- Format, review (editorial), and maintain documentation related to spectrum band studies and policy analysis.
- Organize and track technical reports, study materials, meeting notes, and compliance records.
- Coordinate internal and external correspondence, including document submissions and records management.
- Support preparation of presentations, briefing materials, and summary reports.
- Maintain version control and document archives to ensure audit readiness.
- Verify accuracy of data entries, references, and formatting in study materials.
- Identify gaps or inconsistencies and escalate findings appropriately.
- Assist policy and technical analysts in compiling research materials related to spectrum allocation and band studies.
- Support cross-functional coordination between the executive, engineering, and policy teams.
- Additional duties as assigned or required.
