This is a leadership level position responsible for the day-to-day activities in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services across all Transitions to Community Living (TCL) Pillars, including Housing, Supportive Employment, Mental Health Services, Discharge & Transition and Quality Assurance. The employee serves as a key member of the TCL team and is responsible for implementing the quality assurance strategy and performance improvement initiatives developed in collaboration with the DMH QAPI Lead. The TCL Quality Lead will oversee TCL quality assurance processes, provide training and support to TCL staff, and act as a subject matter expert in quality improvement methodologies.
