QA Manager

PetLab Co. is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to lead internal Quality Assurance operations across our portfolio of pet supplement products. As we rely exclusively on contract manufacturers (CMs), this role plays a critical part in bridging quality oversight between our internal teams and external partners. You will manage internal batch release, lead complaint and CAPA processes, support cross-functional teams, and drive proactive quality improvements across the supply chain.
