The Quality Assurance (QA) Manager is responsible for defining, implementing, and continuously improving a comprehensive quality assurance program across all company deliverables. This role ensures that quality is consistently built into projects from planning through delivery, rather than simply being inspected at the end. The QA Manager partners closely with Delivery Leadership, Project Managers, and cross‑functional teams to establish and appropriately enforce quality standards, testing practices, and measurable outcomes that scale across multiple deliverable types and customer use cases. In addition to hands‑on contribution where needed, this role owns the overall QA strategy, team development, and quality maturity of the organization. Success in this role requires balancing rigor with pragmatism—to ensure high‑quality outcomes while supporting delivery velocity, creativity, and varied project needs. The ideal candidate is both a program builder and an operational leader—someone who can design and implement a scalable QA program, drive adoption across delivery teams, and continuously evolve quality practices as the organization grows. This role is responsible for embedding quality into our deliverables and delivery processes from the outset, ensuring consistent, high‑quality outcomes that exceed client expectations and reinforce trust in our work. They will demonstrate the following attributes: Proven ability to build, standardize, and scale a QA program across diverse deliverables rather than a single product Strong systems thinker who understands how quality intersects with delivery, project management, and customer experience Comfortable defining and monitoring QA processes, metrics, and reporting, while allowing flexibility for different project types Experienced leader who can coach, mentor, and develop QA team members, including both manual testers and automation-focused roles Pragmatic mindset—able to apply the right level of QA based on risk, audience, and scope rather than enforcing one-size-fits-all rules Strong collaborator who can partner effectively with Project Managers, Delivery Leads, and Sales during estimation and planning Clear communicator who can articulate quality risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Ownership-oriented leader who takes responsibility for the health, consistency, and impact of quality outcomes across the organization
