Additionally, the candidate should be skilled in project planning, task coordination, and people management, with excellent knowledge of risk management and risk-based testing. The role includes supervision and recruitment, setting quality metrics, planning and controlling the testing process, and participating in meetings across departments. The QA Manager will be an advocate for quality assurance, continuous improvement, and industry-recognized best practices.
