We are looking to hire a Quality Manager II, Customer immediately in a Hybrid (50/50) capacity at our Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, Maryland.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Food Science/Food Technology (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 5 years’ leadership experience in the food industry in a Quality Management role
  • Customer Management experience (major flavor solutions and/or retail customers)

Responsibilities

  • Primary Quality contact for all Flavor Solutions customers across the Americas region, meeting their specific requirements for service performance/responsiveness
  • Development and execution of the CTS strategy for each Flavor Solutions customer; primary accountability to ensure customer needs are delivered through McCormick site, function, and business unit strategies
  • Own the governance processes to drive quality performance of Flavor Solutions customer requirements, including meeting and/or establishing all customer reporting and review routines, and meeting all customer audit/approval needs
  • Represent the Quality function in McCormick Customer-focused business leadership teams as appropriate
  • Accountable for the processes that capture and respond to Flavor Solutions customer complaints
  • Accountable for the processes that deliver all Flavor Solutions customer specifications and data requirements
  • Leadership and management of Flavor Solutions Customer Quality Managers
  • Specific personal accountability for management of the Flavor Solutions customers relationship globally – liaising and working with global McCormick teams as required
