About The Position

The position involves developing and executing detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on requirements. The candidate will perform manual testing to validate functionality, performance, and usability, and will conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). The role requires tracking, reporting, and managing bugs or issues using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar. Collaboration with developers to resolve issues and validate fixes is essential, as well as ensuring that solutions meet business and quality expectations before deployment. The candidate will support UAT by coordinating with end users and documenting feedback, and will gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. Additionally, the role includes creating detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, and User Stories, facilitating meetings and workshops to elicit requirements and define project scope, and collaborating with developers, designers, and product managers to ensure an accurate understanding of requirements. The candidate will also assist in the development of process models, use cases, and workflow diagrams, support product backlog grooming and prioritization with Product Owners, and identify and recommend process improvements and system enhancements.
