The position requires a candidate with over 8 years of experience in analyzing Business Requirements Documents to gain a comprehensive understanding of systems and to create Test Strategies, Test Plans, and Test Cases. The candidate will assist team members and has a minimum of 4 years of participation in Requirements, Design, Development, and Testing Sessions. The role involves preparing Test Plans, Test Strategies, and Estimation documents as needed, along with analyzing project scope and preparing test execution plans for sprint releases. The candidate will coordinate with various teams to track execution status, communicate with the project leadership team, and raise risks along with mitigation plans. Participation in Scrum meetings is essential to ensure there are no blockers or dependencies that would hinder regression testing. The candidate should have prior experience working with cross-functional teams to resolve any blockers related to web services or third-party environmental issues. Additionally, the role includes splitting technical tasks among team members and executing them according to the project plan, reviewing peers' tasks regularly to ensure they meet project quality deliverables, and developing high-quality code that meets customer requirements across Web, Mobile, and API platforms. The candidate will also create and review BDD feature files for both iOS and Android apps, coordinate with peer developers, client QA, and business teams for system integration and UAT testing, and work with Integration test teams in planning and executing end-to-end QA and product testing. Experience with Automation test frameworks such as Selenium for web automation and Appium, Playwright for mobile app automation is required.
