The QA Lab ATM Testing Specialist is responsible for performing software release validation testing for automated teller machines (ATMs) and logging defects in an issue tracking system (JIRA). This role requires experience with both ATM software and hardware, and involves executing software installations, troubleshooting hardware issues, and conducting manual testing. The specialist will collaborate with various teams to ensure the successful deployment and maintenance of ATM software.

  • Perform software release validation testing and log defects in JIRA.
  • Execute software installations on ATM machines.
  • Troubleshoot ATM hardware device and configuration issues.
  • Conduct manual testing of ATM software.
  • Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, Database Administrators, and Network Engineers to analyze and execute ATM software installation procedures.
  • Engage with Application Owners, Developers, and Vendors to develop technical solutions.
  • Investigate and resolve ATM hardware and configuration issues.
  • Associate's Degree or military experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience with application packaging.
  • At least 1 year of experience identifying software anomalies in a QA ATM test environment.
  • At least 1 year of experience using JIRA.
  • At least 1 year of experience with Windows 10 and knowledge of Windows 11.
  • At least 1 year of Data Management experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • At least 1 year of experience with Windows Security updates and hardware encryption processes.
  • At least 2 years of experience with Windows 10 and knowledge of Windows 11.
