Review schedule and tour the floor assuring all machines are following schedule and proper labeling is being performed. Must also look for line clearance issues Review hold ware and bring to production what can be sorted or ground Attend any scheduling meetings Communicate all daily issues with the quality manager Work with all supervisors in assisting them with any quality issues and/or quality technician issues Assure all start-ups meet target specs and/or are within spec after exhausting all efforts to reach target Reporting in SQL mold maintenance program all issues with tooling that is causing quality issues or our goal of reaching target specs Before leaving for the day, go over with supervisor and lab techs all pending issues and review communication documentation “Responsible for food safety, food quality and site safety.”
