The QA NSIS Clerk position is responsible for processing paperwork from the production floor, typing data from the NSIS program, and organizing HACCP data. The clerk will learn to be proficient in the Safety Chain Quality Control Program and prepare final reports from the data collected. The role requires the ability to analyze and trend data accurately, participate in internal or third-party audits, and gather information for USDA and Food Safety reports. Additionally, the clerk will organize USDA reports and perform any other duties assigned by management, including learning Food Safety Programs and creating reports to distribute to all departments.
