Requirements

• Master's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics or related field and 4 years of work experience in the job offered or related occupation
• Requires 4 years of experience in the following skills:
• Experience in testing and debugging web or mobile applications
• Utilize structured workflows, coordination frameworks, and task management methods for efficient cross-functional management
• Hands-on experience with test planning, test designing and execution, performance and stress testing and implementing and maintaining quality test automation of both client and server systems
• Use data-driven methods, structured protocols, and root cause analysis for effective insight and resolution
• Plan, develop, and execute test strategy across core products and platforms with cross functional teams and stakeholders
• Experience implementing and maintaining quality test automation for both mobile and web applications, AND
• Experience in Python, Java, C/C++ or equivalent coding language

Responsibilities

• Work on building a quality driven engineering environment that helps ship products rapidly and with confidence.
• Drive the quality for a product/feature, assess risks and ensure shipping features with a high-quality bar.
• Plan, develop, and execute test strategy across core Meta products and platforms.
• Lead quality assurance efforts that align with product objectives and develop scalable solutions.
• Help solve cross-platform engineering challenges and contribute impactful ideas to the improved quality.
• Implement and evolve QA processes to get effective test signals and scale testing efforts across multiple products.
• Define quality metrics and implement measurements to determine test effectiveness, testing efficiency, and measure the overall quality of the product.
• Partner with engineering and infrastructure teams to leverage automation for scalable solutions to prevent regressions and ensure reliability of product.
