Nest is building the care plan platform for modern veterinary hospitals. Our technology helps practices design, deliver, and measure wellness programs that make preventative care easy to follow and sustainable to provide. For pet parents, that means predictable costs and better outcomes. For hospitals, it means stronger client relationships, steadier revenue, and more pets staying healthy under their care. We’re a mission-driven team working at the intersection of design, technology, and medicine, and we’re just getting started. If you’ve ever wanted your work to both advance technology and improve the lives of millions of pets, Nest is the place to do it.

  • Evaluate and select testing tools (automation frameworks, test management, bug tracking, CI/CD integrations) that fit our stage and needs.
  • Design and implement testing strategies – covering functional, regression, exploratory, performance, and security testing where appropriate.
  • Perform hands-on manual testing to deeply understand our SaaS product suite and identify issues across user journeys.
  • Develop an automation roadmap – determine where and when automation should be introduced, and drive its adoption.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and customer support to identify quality risks early and build scalable solutions.
  • Own defect reporting and tracking – establish clear workflows for bug reporting, triage, and resolution.
  • Establish metrics and reporting to track product quality, test coverage, and release readiness.
