  • Implements automated testing frameworks and scripts to increase test coverage and reduce manual effort.
  • Performs API, database, and cross-platform testing to ensure end-to-end quality.
  • Collaborates with developers and product teams to clarify requirements and ensure testability of features.
  • Monitors CI/CD pipelines to ensure timely execution of automated test suites.
  • Prepares test data, maintains test environments, and ensures test readiness for each release.
  • Provides metrics, dashboards, and status reports on testing progress and quality indicators.
  • Participates in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to integrate QA best practices within Agile teams.
  • Mentors junior QA staff and shares best practices for test design and automation.
  • Maintains regular, consistent, and punctual attendance and is available for off-hours testing or escalations as required.
