As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for building out test repositories and executing tests, while working with cross-functional teams to maintain quality and promote efficiency. This role involves requirement analysis, test planning, and test case development across our various platforms and services. This individual works to set standards and procedures within the team. This experienced engineer should be a team player and passionate about the team's success and the technology behind each product.

  • Support QA efforts by planning, developing, and executing automated and functional tests against back-end RESTful API’s and front-end Web Applications
  • Troubleshoot issues, report on findings, and escalate issues as necessary
  • Develop and enhance QA documentation and processes that contribute and support the team
  • Understand the value derived from releasing quality code rapidly to production and when to iterate on the results
  • Analyze data to identify trends in product quality or defects with a goal of mitigating and preventing recurrence and future defects
  • 5+ years of experience with functional testing
  • 3+ years of experience with test automation
  • Experience with tools such as Cypress (preferred), Postman, and Jira
  • Strong with troubleshooting technical issues and reporting defects
  • Analytical mind-set and problem-solving aptitude
  • Solution oriented/strategic thinker
  • Analysis, planning, troubleshooting, & root cause analysis
  • Excellent communicator that contributes in a timely manner
  • Must be proactive, motivated, and comfortable working independently
  • Strong work ethic to exceed expectations and goals
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
