Requirements

• Certified SQF Practitioner, HACCP, FSMA-PCQI.
• Bachelors degree required.
• Knowledge of FDA and state laws related to food/pet food products.
• Experience in internal audits.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage quality and safety documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations (SQF, OSHA, FSMA, FDA).
• Oversee document change control and collaborate with teams to ensure timely reviews.
• Conduct safety and food safety audits and assist with corrective actions.
• Pre-approve and route SOPs for signature approval within the Document Management System (DMS).
• Facilitate training programs to ensure OSHA, FSMA, and SQF compliance.
• Track and report on personnel training status.
