The position involves ensuring compliance with safety and environmental policies in research activities within the section/group laboratories. The role includes planning and conducting experimental programs, conducting research and testing for product improvement and development, and acquiring knowledge of the company's products and procedures. The individual will interface with section personnel to troubleshoot issues and may be responsible for the calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment. Additionally, the role requires conducting literature searches, compiling and analyzing technical data, and writing reports in accordance with company practices. The position also involves working with research management to align goals with executive leadership initiatives.
