QA Automation Tester – payment applications
About The Position
Requirements: Proven experience in automation testing within the payments domain. Strong expertise in Java Selenium WebDriver for web automation. Hands-on experience with Appium for mobile automation testing. Proficiency with Cucumber for behavior-driven development (BDD) testing. Knowledge of testing payment gateways, APIs, and transaction flows. Familiarity with test management tools like Jira, TestRail, or Zephyr. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Bamboo. Understanding of security standards like PCI DSS related to payment processing. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for payment applications, APIs, and mobile payment solutions. Utilize Java Selenium WebDriver, Appium, and Cucumber to automate functional, regression, and end-to-end tests. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, create detailed test cases, and define automation strategies. Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and report defects clearly and promptly. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and faster release cycles. Perform API testing of payment gateways and transaction services. Maintain and enhance automation frameworks for scalability and reusability. Participate in Agile ceremonies, providing feedback on quality and test coverage. Stay updated with industry best practices, new tools, and advancements in automation and payments technology.
